Textile artist Diana Eusebio will debut her first solo museum exhibition, Field of Dreams, featuring 38 works, including naturally dyed and digitally printed textiles, and immersive installations alongside a vitrine displaying raw dye materials pulled from Eusebio’s studio in Miami. Drawing from her Indigenous Peruvian-Quechua and Afro-Dominican roots, Eusebio bridges personal memory with ancestral traditions, using natural dyes and textiles to create an exhibition grounded in both the flora and fauna of Miami and the landscapes of her family’s homelands. Formally trained in fiber and textile design, her practice is deeply rooted in familial knowledge and shaped by her connection to Miami’s natural environment.

Eusebio’s Field of Dreams explores the significance of cultural preservation, ancestral memory, and the enduring connection between people and place. This exhibition resonates with MOCA’s mission to celebrate the creativity rooted in its local landscape while amplifying narratives beyond its borders, offering audiences a layered and expansive view into various art practices and cultural heritages. The show will remain on view through March 16, 2026.

Miami Book Fair and MOCA will provide book club members with a free copy of the 2025 NEA Big Read featured title, The House on Mango Street / La casa en Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros, while supplies last.

Presented as part of the 2025 NEA Big Read Miami in partnership with the Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami.
