- MOCA's Miami Art Week Reception
We are thrilled to extend a special invitation to you for MOCA's Miami Art Week Reception celebrating our fall exhibitions, Andrea Chung: Between Too Late and Too Early, which features works across multiple mediums investigating the colonial as it relates to motherhood, Blackness, the impact of trauma and the imagination, Smita Sen: Embodied, which explore and feature the artist's use of her dance-based performances and how she developed sculptures and drawing based on her movements in her early and most recent works, and Nicole Salcedo: Earth Gate, as part of MOCA's Art on The Plaza series, the installation features an anthropomorphic gate, intricately carved to represent a face, which is the artist’s interpretation of the spirit of nature.
